Parking fees?
Any parking fees incurred will be chargeable to the customer.

Congestion charge zone / ULEZ?
Operating within the congestion charge zone will incur a fee of £18 between: 07:00-18:00 Monday-Friday, 12:00-18:00 Saturday-Sunday and bank holidays.
The van is ULEZ compliant.

Insurance?
We are fully insured, including vehicle insurance, £20,000 goods in transit insurance and £1m public liability insurance.

Deposit?
A deposit of 25% for jobs over £400 which is deducted from total cost.

Cancellation fees?
For cancellation 72 hours in advance your deposit can be refunded
