Terms and Conditions
1. Payment
1.1. For jobs over £400, we require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking.
1.2.The remaining balance is due on completion either by cash or a bank transfer. Alternatively, the entire balance can be paid upfront.
2. Cancellation
2.1. If you cancel up to 72 hours prior to the start date you will be refunded your 25% deposit. Any cancellation within 72 hours of the start date will not be refunded the 25% deposit.

3. Insurance
3.1. We hold public liability insurance up £1,000,000.
3.2. We hold goods in transit insurance up to £20,000.
4. Prohibited goods
4.1. We are unable to transport certain goods due to their illegal or dangerous nature. This includes but is not limited to: flammables, explosives, animals and hazardous chemicals. Contact us for more information.
5. Charges
5.1. Any parking charges and toll fees incurred will be chargeable to the customer.
5.2. The vehicle is ULEZ compliant.
5.3. Any charges incurred due to travel within congestion charge zones during weekdays between 7am - 6pm are chargeable to the customer.
6. Delays
6.1. In the event that there are unavoidable delays, we will contact you at the earliest possible time to inform you. We do not accept liability for any customer losses due to delays outside of our control. That being said, we will endeavour to ensure your timescales are adhered to wherever possible.
6.2. Non-payment for services will result in banning from future use and we reserve the right to to pursue recovery of any unpaid sums and all associated costs.
7. Customer responsibilities
7.1. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is adequate parking, and access arrangements for the job. In the event there is inadequate parking or access arrangements, we reserve the right to cancel the job and retain the 25% deposit. If there is no parking available and the driver receives a parking ticket, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of the fine.
7.2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items can be removed from and delivered to the chosen locations. We are not qualified to remove any windows / doors or create new entrances to remove or deliver items. If the item cannot be removed from the location, we reserve the right to cancel the job and retain the 25% deposit. If the item cannot be delivered to the location, we will deliver it outside the property unless we agree to facilitate alternative arrangements which are at our discretion.
7.3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are ready and taken during the collection. This includes dismantling and packing the items, unless these services have been requested as part of the booking. We do not accept liability for damage caused by poor packing or for items left at the collection address and we reserve the right to charge for extra time spent waiting for the customer to be ready.
7.4. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information, including contact information, collection and delivery addresses.
7.5. It is the customer's responsibility to act respectfully. Abuse will not be tolerated and if we are forced to terminate an assignment due to abuse from a customer, the customer will remain liable for the full booking fee.
8. Disputes
8.1. All claims must be reported at the time of occurrence. We will not accept any claims after the job has been completed and we have left the site. Please check your items upon delivery and raise any concerns with the team member on site. It is the customers responsibility to arrange extra insurance if required.
